Got a lovely view of the lake from my apartment, but had to pay extra for it. The apartment was big and had everything I needed, including a washing machine. Cons: The place needed better cleaning, and the water issue was a fun challenge.

The value for money at Chalet Apartments was excellent. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and a short distance from Interlaken. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing us with a mobile number for any assistance needed.

Nicely presented apartment near lake front. Convenient underground parking with lift. Well furnished kitchen with terrace. Great location with lake and mountain views. Supermarket and bus station nearby.

The terrace was an absolute delight during our stay. Sitting out there, sipping our morning coffee, and enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake felt like a scene straight out of a fairytale. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings.

Poor kitchen facilities, no microwave.

Convenient location, close to the lake and bus station. Welcoming and helpful staff, despite having their own event. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Free bus passes provided. Apart from weak Wi-Fi, everything was excellent.

I recently stayed at Chalet Apartments in Iseltwald for a short holiday. The location was perfect, just moments away from the lake and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and had excellent WiFi. The staff, especially Bettina, was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. I had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

The view from my apartment was absolutely stunning, like living inside a postcard. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and a cozy seating area.

Oh, how I loved squeezing myself into the bathroom! It was like doing gymnastics every time I needed to use it.
